Hello, we accept returns within 15 days of receipt. However, we can not accept return of non-defective items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, tampered with or washed, with all tags attached. The goods must be returned in one shipment. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times of an order.

Your satisfaction is what we are looking for. We offer a complete return policy for you. Before you want to return the goods, please contact us first to discuss the problem you have. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for the returned item and the 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us for any questions and concerns before placing your order . The refund will be allocated to your credit card account within 25-30 days after receiving the returns.

For the exchange, please remember to write the ORDER NO. and the reason for the return on the package. You can return the items within 10 days since you receive the products, and before that, please email us to get the return address. They must be returned with their original packaging and we will be happy to refund or exchange.

Guideline

1.Please contact us first to explain the reason for the return and get the return and return authorization to process.

2.When returned goods, please make sure to wrap the packing carefully as the damage / losses for the goods during the transportation to us are at the risk of the customer. Please include the following information to your statement: Product Code / Product Name, Bill to Name, Address, Vessel-Name, Address, Order Number and Detailed Reason for Return.

3.All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier. Our store is not responsible for unseen packages if it is sent via an untraceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept deliveries from C.O.D.

After we receive your returned package, we will notify you about your returned package. And then you will need to place another order for the item you want to trade against. Please be informed that damaged or defective products may be returned for an exchange. Send us first because the returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted or you can not get the return address. All items can not be exchanged for replacement at the same price.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at our service e-mail address within 8 hours after ordering. But we may have to charge you a small handling fee if you can not offer appropriate cancellation reasons. Do not worry! Even after 8 hours, our friendly customer service will do everything we can to stop the items from being processed and / or shipped, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel it in the time.

Note

Shipping costs are not refundable. 15% of handling fees will be deducted from the refund. Return can take one to two weeks for processing and at least a month for credit to appear on your account.
